Nice place! Very clean home with
all of the amenities. Easy
communication with owner. Beds very
comfortable, showers hot, friendly
resort neighbors. Stairs to lake
quite steep. Enjoyed the loon family
throughout the trip and their
beautiful haunting calls. Plenty of
sunfish for the kids to
catch/release. Location very close
to town so quick trip to shopping,
restaurants, water ski show. Great
vacation!

Minocqua. 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs
with twin beds and 2 downstairs, 1
king w/bathroom & 1 Queen. Also
pullout sleeper sofa in living room.
2 other bathrooms, 1 upstairs and
another downstairs. Completely
remodeled home! Extremely clean!
Extra parking available besides what
is assigned. TVs & internet up to
date with apps. Nice boat slip comes
with rental. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Chatham House
on Lake Minocqua. It is a short bike
ride to town and the bike trail
which we enjoyed often. There were 4
couples so we used every bedroom, we
were very comfortable and did not
feel cramped. The only thing missing
here is that the resort does not
allow campfires.

Fun, family oriented place to spend
a vacation on beautiful Lake
Minocqua.

Great stay we enjoyed our time
at Chatham Cottage.

I thought the house was beautiful, had a
great layout with a very useful and
beautiful sitting area looking out
towards the lake. The location was
perfect, close enough to town for a
quick visit to the shops and
restaurants, but off the main road so it
was always peaceful. The house had most
everything I needed in regards to dishes
and linens and was a very cozy place to
live in the winter months. Thank
you both again!

Wonderful week in Minocqua. House is in
excellent condition and full of all
necessities and great amenities. Two
families with young kids had a fun stay.
Very solid waterfront/docks on property.

Very nice home, located close to
restaurants, shopping and night life. Boat
access, with slip. Very clean and updated.
We enjoyed as a family and are looking
forward to return next year.

We vacationed for a
week in Chatham Cottage and enjoyed our stay
very much. There was ample space and privacy
for 7 adults. The kitchen was fantastic and,
for the entire stay, we felt at home. Len
and Jane, the property managers, were very
friendly, accommodating and helpful, but
never obtrusive. Very picturesque and
convenient location. We rented a boat for
the week and it was so nice to have a boat
slip right out the back door. One caution
would be the steep stairs down to the dock.
Be especially careful with small children.
But, overall, this was an excellent choice
and we would go back.

Can We Stay Here
Forever?! First of all, I have an extreme
personal attachment to this house as due to
our house fire our insurance helped us to
have an extended stay here, so we actually
lived here for five months! My family and I
loved every. Single. Second! I don't even
know where to begin. Originally this was
intended for our family of 4 (ages 12, 18,
and parents), but then the oldest child
graduated and moved on. My husband and I
took the master bedroom, and the youngest
had one of 2 matching bedrooms upstairs with
a half bath just around the corner of her
room. We kept the bedroom with the queen
size bed for guests. We comfortably had
another family of 6 stay with us once, and
we often had guests over. The house never
felt crowded or cramped, and all the living
spaces were nice and bright. We were within
walking distance of downtown as well as of
the golf course. We grabbed our bikes and
went into town to grab groceries or attend
the (free) MinAqua Bats waterski shows! So
many bars and delish restaurants nearby,
plus we also could ride over to the Bearskin
trail for walks or bike rides. We did lots
of grilling out, and the house is located on
a premises with a play area for kids
including swingset, sandbox, and small area
to play basketball! There are several other
homes on the complex, and it was a great
family friendly environment, especially in
the summer. We never had Spring-Breaker-type
party people; it was families wanting to
enjoy the raft, docks, boating, excellent
swimming, fishing, and all the fun areas in
town this location provides. A bit steep to
get down to the lake (just to keep in mind
for those with mobility issues). The house
has a mini-fridge-sized ice cube maker which
was very handy in the summer as well! The
next door neighbors in the Office are the
greatest people, and we continue to keep in
touch. They are so friendly, helpful,
kind...I could go on and on! They do a great
job maintaining the grounds, and there are
always pretty flowers planted...and your
grill gets cleaned! Nice dumpster and
recycling facilities on the property too.
Parking is assigned and limited so be aware
of that! But there was plenty of room for
our boat trailer to be parked. We also got
our own dock to use, and the water is nice
and clear for swimming; they put buoys out
for the swimmers' safety. I will be happy to
answer any questions you may have. I miss
this place literally every single day!
